Will my order be shipped to me? When will I get it?
– Digital: You will receive a digital file to the email address provided at checkout. You may print your order at home or at any print shop. Turnaround time is 2-3 business days (M-F).
– Print: Let me take care of printing for you. Digital files can also be printed and shipped to you if a PRINTING service option is also purchased. Turnaround time is 4-6 business days (M-F).
What is the expected turn around time?
Print orders take 2-3 days to process and then take approximately 2-3 days to ship for invitations once proof is approved. Art prints/posters allow 5 business days for shipping.
How do I print glitter or gold foil on invitations?
You do not need special paper or ink to print. The faux glitter or gold foil is an image, and should print how you see it exampled if using a decent ink jet printer or photo lab.
What are your hours?
My hours for processing orders vary throughout the day and are M-F (Eastern Standard Time). Questions will be answered in the evenings and on weekends and as promptly as possible. We are closed on all U.S. Federal Holidays and orders/questions will be addressed the following day.
Are the instant downloads editable?
No, we complete the formatting for you and send a file ready to print.
Do you provide proofs prior to payment?
No, we do not at this time. Purchases must be done prior to receiving any proofs or invitations.
Can invitations be written in a language other than English?
This varies, please contact me to make sure I can accommodate your request. Typically, yes if you provide the proper translation, I can make the changes on the invitation for you. There is an additional fee for “custom wording” changes.
How do I submit a photo for an invitation?
You can send via e-mail (sarah@sarahfinndesign.com). Please reference your order if emailing.
By purchasing, downloading and printing any photo invitations, you are agreeing that you own or have exclusive right to use the photograph e-mailed to me. You are also agreeing to take full responsibility for any misuse or copyright infringements. If they contain a watermark (photographer’s logo), you will be asked for a print release. I also cannot edit them out. If you send me the same photo back with the logo cropped out (not the original file), you will still need a print release.
Can I have wording or colors changed on an item?
In the invitation listing, there is an option for “Custom text/color” in the Turnaround time dropdown menu. Please contact me first to discuss your request.
Do you offer printing?
Yes! Print services are available. Invitations, cards, signs, bottle labels can be printed. Email me with any questions.
– Print services must be purchased in ADDITION TO the design fee for the invitation of your choice. ADD both to your cart at checkout.

When will I get my school sign?
Turnaround for school signs is the same day (including weekends) the order is placed. You proof is sent typically within 12-24 hours, but usually sooner. If it is placed after 10pm EST, then it will be done first thing the following morning.
Return / Exchange Policy

- I accept cancellations only if the order has not been started
- I cannot accept returns of personalized items
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
